PCP Oil Production System
Main Advantages:

4. It is applicable for a wide range of viscosity, and it can be used to lift heavy oil;

Ⅰ Surface drive equipment
The surface drive equipment is the motivation source of a PCP oil production system.
It transmits the power to the subsurface PCP through the sucker rod string.
PCP surface drive is classified as two types: belt side type and direct type.
Main Advantages:
1. The efficiency, low-speed AC PM synchronous motor is used to keep high power factor;
2. Transmission structure is simple, reasonable and efficient, which saves energy by 30%;
3. Low-speed AC PM motor has big starting torque, so there is no need to reserve starting power;
4. With unique gradient torque release program, the elastic potential energy of the sucker rod can be released fast and completely;
5. The operation is safe and convenient due to stepless speed regulation.

Ⅱ Belt side type surface drive
The device consists of three parts: frame,bearing and box. With rotation of the V-belt and the single-stage spiral bevel gear, the motor reduces speed, and the shaft is driven to rotate. Torque is transferred from the shaft to the polished rod through the slip, so that the sucker rod and the rotor rotates in a reliable way.
Main advantages:
1. There are several options of the motor power and rotating speed, applicable
for PCP wells with different output and head.
2. This device uses two-stage reduction structure, which enhances reliability
and facilities installation and operation.
3. A BOP is installed under the sealed box to prevent blow-out of oil gas.
4. The mechanical seal type adopts that of the compressor plunger rod,
which is reliable, and easy to replace.
5. It is equipped with a mechanical anti-reverse device to prevent rod reversing
and thread releasing.
