Reciprocating Submersible Piston Pump Oil Production Outfit
I. System Main Parts
Reciprocating submersible piston pump oil production outfit mainly includes: Defueling pump, permanent magnet linear motor, submersible cable and control cabinet.
II. Connection of Parts
Linear motor is at the bottom, tube oil pump is at the upper end of the linear motor, while ground control cabinet is connected to the linear motor via a submersible cable.
III. Working Principle
The linear motor carries out reciprocating movement under the control of the ground control cabinet, to drive the oil pump piston reciprocating, so as to complete the lifting of well liquid to the ground via oil pipe.
IV. Movement Features and Reliability
(1) Intermittent movement of the linear motor, high in pump efficiency and energy-saving;
(2) Short connection distance between oil pump and linear motor, without stroke loss, anti-impact control precise airlock resistance;
(3) No ground moving parts, safe and environment-protective, small coverage.
(4) No moving parts inside oil pipe, adaptable to all kinds of shafts;
(5) Power grid – transformer – control cabinet – under-well submersible cable – submersible linear motor;
(6) Control cabinet inverts power electric rectification into AC required by submersible linear motor, while the data signal displayed at the same time reflects under-well moving situation, and possesses multiple functions to protect motor and pump;
(7) Submersible linear motor converts electric power into magnetic energy, via interaction between traveling wave magnetic field with an alternating cycle and fixed magnetic field, implements the conversion from magnetic energy to mechanical energy;
(8) Oil layer – casing fracturing section – suction inlet of the pump – traveling valve – pump bucket – upper fixed valve – oil relief valve – oil pipe – ground;
(9) The crude oil, when flowing from the well bottom to the pump, via submersible linear motor, acts for heat radiation of motor;
(10) Via signals displayed by control cabinet such as current and stroke etc., under-well operation status could be ascertained, so as to carry out parameter adjustment;
(11) A remote wireless patrol control system could be installed: A 232 output port is equipped on the control cabinet, which transmits operation situation and parameters to oil field LAN via GPRS wireless network and mobile network, to realize remote control and online parameter adjustment;
(12) A dynamic liquid level monitoring system could be installed, and detection system will transmit dynamic liquid level situation to the control center, while the control center could adjust motor frequency of stroke of motor automatically according to signals and pump operation parameters, so as to maintain optimal oil recovery status.
V. Adaptable Mediums
Adaptable to crude oil lifting in deep wells such as straight wells, inclined wells and horizontal wells, etc.
VI. Applications
1. At present, multiple complete sets of oil recovery equipment of reciprocating submersible piston pump have been applied by our company, which are used in crude oil exploration, shale gas recovery by discharging water, and coal-bed gas recovery by discharging water.
2. In order to guarantee normal operation of its product, and improve service life, our company carries out product design according to the design theory of “One Well One Pump”. Our company will complete product design within one working day according to well data, and then confirm equipment configuration.
