Hydraulic drive rodless oil production equipment

I. System Main Parts
Hydraulic drive oil production outfit includes: control cabinet, hydraulic control device, liquid transmission pipe, hydraulic drive propeller and piston pump.

• Control cabinet provides drive power, parameter setting, monitoring, process control and safety protection. Remote monitoring is available.
• Hydraulic control device provides high-voltage energy and drives under-well device movement.
• Hydraulic drive propeller drives reciprocating movement of the piston pump. Typical medium temperature below 120C; rated thrust 25000-35000N.
• Piston pump uses upward fixed valve and independent propeller push rod for reciprocating pumping.

II. Connection of Parts
Connection of all parts follows the complete-set system layout.

III. Basic Principle
Electric cabinet controls ground hydraulic device and generates hydraulic energy to push the drive propeller in linear reciprocating movement, driving piston pump reciprocation and lifting crude oil to ground.

IV. Movement Features and Reliability

• Fixed valve placed upwards with minimal stroke loss and pump efficiency above 95% in suitable conditions.
• Closed liquid-drive circulation with long-distance transmission and low leakage risk.
• Closed production pipeline supports reduced leakage during operation cycle.

V. Adaptable Mediums
Adaptable to crude oil lifting in deep wells including straight wells, inclined wells and horizontal wells.
